Me-Ality in partnership with Headway Workforce Solutions has immediate openings for Regional Manager positions!

The Regional Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of multiple stations within a region ensuring that station operations and performance are in alignment with the Me-Ality brand. S/he works closely with the Regional Director, Retail and Area Managers and independently to promote our organizational culture at the stations demonstrating leadership and innovation in all activities.

The Regional Manager serves as a liaison between internal marketing and sales and external marketing and sales while working closely with the Regional Director, Retail in these efforts. S/he also consults regularly with the Regional Director, Retail and, the VP, Marketing as necessary, to ensure station activity and performance are in accordance with business objectives and strategies.

Delivering Me-Ality training to station staff in the field is a key component of this job, in particular sales, client service, performance, and technical training.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee station activity and performance across assigned region, to achieve goals and objectives: attracting customers, increasing number of scans per day, number of reports and customer satisfaction
  • Provide on-site training to Area Managers, station managers and staff
  • Visit each station at least once per quarter
  • Work closely with Regional Director Retail in the Me-Ality sales and marketing processes
  • Motivate and inspire team of Area Managers to achieve regional goals and successfully meet company objectives and metrics
  • Conduct analytical analysis of key business metrics using company reporting platform
  • Liaise with mall management, mall marketing management and retail managers
  • Manage and oversee regional marketing events as necessary
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to increase awareness of Unique's service and increase the number of scans and repeat scans
  • Perform quarterly audits of all mall stations in the region
  • Oversee station staffing to ensure maximum productivity
  • Communicate sales goals, company policies, procedures, expectations and other items to team and ensure execution of sales goals
  • Deliver training and ensure professional development, and performance of station staff, including Area Managers, Size Matching Station Managers, and when necessary Size Matching Specialists
  • Work with Regional Director Retail to provide strategic and operational planning input for regional operations, and report progress and results to senior management
  • Partner with Unique Solutions corporate office to determine future best practices, innovative ideas, processes, and enhancements at the regional and station level
  • Contribute to increasing number of scans and reports and "lead generation" in all areas of the company
  • Act as a "Unique Ambassador" at all times, to reflect the quality of the brand we are building

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or business diploma required – a suitable combination of education and experience may be acceptable
  • 5+ years' experience managing and leading multiple teams in a multi-unit format
  • At least 2 years' experience delivering training to groups, preferably sales, client service, and with some emphasis delivering technical training
  • Proven success leading and managing teams in meeting sales quotas/targets, within a multi-unit, multi-area structure
  • Strong relationship management skills required to develop and sustain long term effective relationships with mall management, partners, companies, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (or another email service)
  • Excellent organizational/ time management and communication (oral and written) skills
  • Solid negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to multitask and remain focused, adapting as required, to meet new deadlines in a fast-paced demanding environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, fostering a results driven environment
  • Experience in sales and marketing and using a CRM may be considered assets
